JY Care Machine Operators

We are a Medical Device Distributor/Manufacturer based in Vaughan, and we are currently hiring mask assembly operators to join our mask production line.

Suitable candidates are comfortable and able to work shifts on machinery.

Responsibilities:

· operate assigned automated assembly machinery

· insert new material in the machine to produce masks

· ensure component flow

· perform basic repairs

· perform preventative maintenance

· keep detailed and accurate documentation on production, defect rate, and preventative maintenance items

· troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity

· perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule

· perform quality checks conforming to established processes

· document the results as needed by our quality procedures

· maintain housekeeping and organization of the work area

· Assist in the packaging of masks when necessary

· follow JY Care policies and procedures

Your Background

· Introductory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent communication skills

· High energy, self-motivated, attention to detail, and able to multi-task

· Willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

· Must be able to lift and carry a maximum weight of 40 lbs

· Must be able to push and pull with a peak force of 40 lbs

· Frequent standing and balancing are required in this job during the shift
