JY Care is committed to delivering your order efficiently, reliably, and with full transparency. All orders are processed and shipped from Canada.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Bulk, OEM, or custom orders may require additional processing time; estimated timelines will be confirmed at order placement or during account setup.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada.

  • For international, bulk, or institutional orders, please contact our sales team prior to ordering.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Promotional or free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly noted on the site or at checkout.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.


Bulk & Business Orders

  • Bulk, OEM, or recurring business orders may ship via freight or alternate carriers.

  • Shipping timelines, costs, and delivery terms for these orders will be confirmed directly with your JY Care representative.


Delivery Issues

JY Care is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. JY Care is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
